The Revolution Academy Results Management Dashboard is a secure and efficient platform designed to publish examination results online. It ensures a transparent grading system for students and enables guardians to conveniently track academic performance.
Revolution Academy follows a secure and structured process:
- ✔ Evaluation – Answer scripts are checked by teachers (about 7 days).
- ✔ Tabulation – Marks are compiled (2–3 days).
- ✔ Database Upload – Results are uploaded to the secure server (2 days).
- ✔ Final Publication – A results page & official link are generated and shared.
Note: All stages are highly secured, preventing premature disclosure of results.
Since July 2025, Revolution Academy provides a Report System on the results page:
- 📩 Students may submit queries after result publication.
- 📊 The system accepts 80 reports/day and resets every 24 hours.
- ⚡ Reports are forwarded instantly to the Admin Dashboard (via web & email) for quick resolution.
Ranks are calculated based on the percentage secured in examinations. No other criteria are considered.
Marks for Indian Music or MIL (Hindi) are derived using the average of the other five core subjects.
Example:
- Total marks in 5 subjects = 210
- Average = 210 ÷ 5 = 42
- This average is treated as the mark for Indian Music / MIL (Hindi).
✅ 5 Subjects: (210 ÷ 250) × 100 = 84%
✅ 6 Subjects: (252 ÷ 300) × 100 = 84%
This ensures fairness and uniformity while keeping the overall percentage unchanged.
Results are generally published within 2 weeks after the completion of examinations, depending on evaluation timelines.
Yes. Students can download or print their result directly from the results page by clicking the Print/Download button provided under their scorecard.
All results and student information are stored in a highly encrypted database. Access is restricted to authorized administrators only, ensuring complete privacy and security.
Yes. Guardians can view results by entering the student's roll number on the results page. No separate login is required.
Due to high traffic, the website may sometimes load slowly. In such cases, students can try again after a few minutes or use the alternative mirror link provided by the institution.
Yes. The Results Dashboard is fully responsive and can be accessed from smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
